Hey guys, I know its been ages since I have posted anything here but know that I have moved I should have more time to cook and post for you all..
Just to get going again I thought I would post a simple recipe for a mushroom gravy that I love. This goes extremely well poured over the chickpea cutlets from Veganomicon which I have mentioned previously on The Seitanic Cult. I hope you enjoy this recipe and I promise to be more regular with my posts and recipes from here on in.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup spring onion sliced
3/4 cup diced mushrooms
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups vegetable broth
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 vegetarian stock cube
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
About 3Tbsp flour
